Fiona Grant, who is a nurse from Chalmers Hospital, will run two Basic Life Support (BLS) Training Courses at Forglen Hall in March.

The training is designed for non-healthcare providers.
It will show how to put a casualty into the recovery position and how to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).

BLS makes a big difference to the survival chances of a person who has suffered cardiac arrest. You might just be that person who is in the right place at the right time and could save a life.

Session 1 – Tuesday March 22 6 PM ā€“ 8 PM

Session 2 – Thursday March 31 2 PM ā€“ 4 PM
