Emergency Life Support Skills Training

Banff and Macduff Heartstart, PAD and CFR team will run an Emergency Life Support (ELS) course at Alvah Parish Hall on:

Tuesday 13 March 2018 7PM – 8:30 PM

This is a British Heart Foundation course, delivered by accredited BHF Instructors and trained Cardiac Responders.

There will be the opportunity to practise CPR on the latest training equipment, practise with a Defibrillator, and put someone into the recovery position.
The course takes about an hour, including the practice. This is an easy to learn course designed for people with no previous experience.

ELS makes a big difference to the survival chances of a person who has suffered cardiac arrest. You might just be that person who is in the right place at the right time
and could save a life.

See the poster for further details.
